I recently purchased a item from this business, and let me tell you, it was a complete mess. The standard of the goods was appallingly low. It was clearly made with cheap materials. I tried to contact customer service, but that proved even more disastrous. The agents were rude. They acted like they couldn't care less. This entire experience has left me angry.
